Your Annual Citizens Report for 2031
April 1, 2031
Dear Citizen Orwell and Family,
Once again it is time for the annual review of your lifestyle goals under the Societal Greater Good Program administered by the United States Department of Society, Peace and Prosperity. Please remember that any changes to your societal requirements will take effect this coming January 1st.
Your standings will be reviewed in multiple categories for this annual report.
After careful review by a government economics analyst it has been determined that your individual government imposed salaries of compensation were excessive this past year. It will be necessary to reduce the excess income by 12% in the next fiscal payment year to improve the rates of compensation that the undervalued members of the workforce received this past year. Take heart though as the new five-year economic plan envisions lower compensation reduction rates than have been implemented over the past ten years!
Department of Education:
An educational review has been completed to determine your child’s career choice eligibility. While your child meets the assessment requirements for becoming a veterinarian, government career needs assessments have determined that your child will need to resubmit a career training request to the US Department of Education as the veterinarian career has been closed to further applicants.
You will be receiving your detailed individual and family health reviews from the DCHHS Office of Health Quality in the next several weeks. However, at this time it must be noted that health guidelines were not met this past year. Changes to your health benefits in the form of reduced authorized treatment options will be implemented until your new healthy living requirements have been met. CMS analysts will monitor your electronic health records for compliance during this next fiscal year. Remember it is YOUR responsibility to society to live within your health guidelines!
Also, in reviewing your radioactive exposure rates we find that the reported thyroid difficulties found in your health screening were only at levels deemed slightly above normal exposure limits for this past reporting period. Taking into account the recent determinations that the recommended exposure rate levels have become too costly to provide medical assistance for, the EPA has increased the exposure limits in your zone and the Surgeon General has declined your claims for compensation or extra medical assistance due to your reported “disability.”
The US Government also wishes to advise you and your family that requirements for further reductions in carbon emissions will require yet stronger restrictions this year to meet the clean environmental standards set by the United Nations. It is estimated that personal vehicle mileage reductions of 18% will be required from your transportation authorization this fiscal year. The government will set aside the associated costs from your fiscal year salary compensation package.
Further, the Department’s Office of Ecology Compliance has noted the following violations and fined amounts that will be collected from your annual taxation and social welfare contributions:
- Department of Water Conservation – 17 violations of toilet sewage limits (850 Worldnote Credits)
- Office of Tobacco Control – 12 violations for smoking within 100 feet of a registered non-smoker (1200 Worldnote Credits)
- Division of Animal Health – 9 violations for failure to remove animal/pet wastes within 12 hours of discovery (190 Worldnote Credits)
- Appliance Environmental Agency – Expired CO2 compliance certification for home refrigeration unit in excess of 90 days (2100 Worldnote Credits)
Lastly, we must remind you of the upcoming mandatory inspections and program attendance requirements.
The Department of Citizens Homeland Security has scheduled your annual inspection of Home Citizens Monitoring Systems for June 12, 2031. You are responsible to insure proper maintenance and operations records are up to date. Systems not meeting DCHS standards may result in mandatory attendance of citizen’s security equipment maintenance classes.
The Department of National Media will be airing a special presentation of the 753 new social laws in June 2031. The broadcasts will occur on all channels hourly for the entire month. In July 2031 the Social Law Compliance Authority will send out the required family tests for your family to complete and return by August 31, 2031. Failure of the test or failure to return all tests by the deadline will result in scheduling of a family social engineering camp stay for a period to be determined by the National Social Courts.
On behalf of the US Department of Society, Peace and Prosperity I wish you a wonderful fiscal year!
James A. Goodheart,
Society Greater Good Analyst
P.S. Remember to exercise your freedoms and vote this election cycle. Your list of government chosen candidates will be mailed to you soon by the US Elections Commission.
