We, the American people, have been sold out. We are taxed on everything, income, purchases, property, to name just a few. We pay fees and taxes on things like license plates for our cars, so we can go to work and make money to pay more taxes, WTF! All this got me thinking, which pissed me off, our nation is over 14 Trillion dollars in debt! How did we, as a nation, get here? Our highways are in constant need of repair, our bridges are aging and in need of repair or replacement, our education system has been pathetic all my life and millions of our fellow Americans are struggling to support themselves. Many have, sadly, given up.

Too make matters worse, most U.S. states have huge debts, as do cities and municipalities. We pay taxes and fees to them as well. With all this debt by all the governments, and their unfunded promises, where did all our money go?! Let me try to answer that. Let’s begin with politicians, most of whom are lifers, have pocketed huge wealth while, supposedly, serving their constituents. Then there is big business and the overpaid executives and CEO’s. Many of these execs have packed up our factories and moved them out of the country. We still buy their products, why I don’t know.

Yes, we have been sold out, but not by who you think! Unfortunately, we sold ourselves out. You don’t think so? Answer these questions. In the last three decades, have you been actively following our governments decisions? Does your vehicle have a Made in America stamp on it? In your home, what do you have the most of, imported items, or items made here at home? How about the clothes you are wearing? Did you buy a Hershey’s product lately?
Just simple questions, and the answers are telling. Few Americans have strived to purchase American made products, and most don’t even look at where the product was made. We, the people, are to blame for our current troubles and whatever troubles befront us in the future.
Our country’s economic situation is very poor, so poor I feel, that I have taken actions to protect myself and family from the turmoil that may come in the near future. Everybody must face the fact that our governments are broke, they cannot sustain future actions payed for with more debt. The 536 idiots in D.C. can’t seem to grasp it. State governments aren’t doing much better, but at least they are, for the most part, acknowledging that there are big problems. At some point, businesses will stop accepting cards funded by State and Federal governments. That means, welfare cards, food assistance cards and the like, will be worthless. What do you think will happen then?

If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property – until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.
We the people, have been irresponsible! We’ve let government grow to big, build too much debt and pass laws that are draconian and oppressive. Our police departments are becoming brutal, and assaulting citizens on a regular basis. Even with this knowledge, we chug along, keeping our collective heads in the sand.

The sheeple are in the pen and the gate is almost closed. Once it’s closed, the reality that we didn’t just sell ourselves out, but we sold out our kids and grandkids as well. We failed to keep the freedoms bestowed upon us when this nation was founded.
These words should be read and remembered, as they are my answer to our current problems:
